I must truly compliment you on all your work, your research, and the friendly, personal contact at all stages of the process and the diligent searching for answers to whatever questions came your way. You were always very sensitive to ensure that we were happy to hear of particular content, knowing that some of the findings highlighted areas of family history of which we were not aware. You were always very timely with your full and interesting emails, sharing with us the triumphs that you had along the way. Our requirement, the production of two family scrolls one for my family and one for the family of my wife were done with complete professionalism. It can not have been easy trawling through all the public records and the newspaper cuttings of over 100 years ago, but it was that personal contact, brought about by such notices of weddings, funerals (and court appearances) which gave important light and shade to the history of our families.
