Anne Batty

My name is Anne Batty, I am a married mother of two children and a proud member of the Society of Genealogists.

Family is something that I hold dear to myself and have found the research of my own family roots fascinating and fulfilling.

The sad loss of my Grandfather some years ago inspired me to trace my own ancestry to the early 1600’s and discover who I am. This in turn, led me to start a business researching and illustrating other people’s ancestry.

Although based in North & East Yorkshire our services are available throughout the UK. Family Discovery was founded by myself, I aim to deliver professional, through genealogical research services.
